What are Hearing Loop Systems?
Hearing loop systems are an assistive listening technology that aid individuals with hearing loss.
How It Works
The Telecoil System
A hearing loop transmitter creates an electromagnetic field that is received by a telecoil receiver in a hearing aid and converted into audible sound. These systems allow the hearing-impaired to hear exactly what is being said or played from the audio source (microphone, speaker, stereo, etc.) with unparalleled sound quality with no background noise.
We also work with other assisted listening systems, including:
- Wi-Fi
- Radiofrequency
- Infrared
